RMLS Joins the BPP
The Broker Public Portal with Homesnap is pleased to announce that Regional Multiple Listing Service (RMLS), headquartered in Portland, Oregon, has joined the BPP.
“We are eager to implement the Broker Public Portal for all RMLS subscribers across Oregon and Southwest Washington. We look forward to the professional website and easy-to-use mobile technology offered through Homesnap,” commented Kurt von Wasmuth, President and CEO of RMLS.
BPP benefits, including Homesnap Pro, will be available to RMLS subscribers in late spring 2019.
Delivering Value to Small and Midsize MLSs
The Broker Public Portal with Homesnap offers a great opportunity for small and midsize MLSs to become part of an industry movement and a national brand. Sharing your listings with Homesnap will expose them to more home searchers and also give you access to the (top-rated ) mobile app for agents, Homesnap Pro.
Stan Hartke, CEO of Western Regional Information Systems & Technology, Inc. (WRIST), recently said of the BPP, “The greatest advantage I see with the BPP is that it is the first large attempt at data-sharing in the marketplace. I’m excited to see how this experiment in sharing data may lead to future opportunities.”
Are you a leader of a small or midsize MLS that’s not in the BPP yet? Please schedule a meeting today to learn how your MLS can join.
