Dana is the chief administrative officer of HomeServices of America and has been in that role since 2016. Prior to his role as CAO, Dana was HomeServices’ general counsel providing legal advice and guidance to the company from its inception in 1998. Dana was corporate counsel for Edina Realty in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he spent seven years guiding its brokerage, mortgage, title and escrow and insurance businesses prior to his promotion to HomeServices’ general counsel.
Pat has more than 20 years of real estate sales and leadership experience in the greater Sacramento area. As President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Lyon Real Estate, Pat’s strong leadership skills turn long-term goals into solid action plans and ensure that the entire leadership team remains focused on results. Pat previously served as Managing Director and President of Mason-McDuffie, one of the largest brokerages in California. In 2017, he was elected to serve on the Board of Directors of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® (LeadingRE).

As an online real estate pioneer, Alon developed software solutions and data services for agents, brokerages, and MLSs, along with online products helping consumers achieve the dream of home ownership. Alon has served as a Director and VIce Chairman of the Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO), a Manager on the Board of Managers at Midwest Real Estate Data (MRED), and a variety of technology companies as a board member, advisor, and investor.
AnneMarie is CEO of Canopy Realtor® Association and Canopy MLS. Named in the Swanepoel Power 200 report since 2018 as one of the most powerful people in real estate, she serves on the MLS Roundtable, realtor.com MLS Advisory Board and is the corporate secretary for the MLS Grid. She previously served on the Council of MLSs Board of Directors, and represented large regional MLSs on the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) Board of Directors and its MLS Executive Advisory Group. She currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Real Estate and Building Industry Coalition (REBIC), the Board of Advisors for the Local Initiatives Support Coalition (LISC), a non-profit focused on expanding affordable housing, and the UNC Charlotte Childress Klein Center for Real Estate (CKRE) Advisory Board, where her leadership has been paramount, leading CKRE to develop a multi-year benchmarking study on the State of Housing in Charlotte utilizing Canopy MLS data.
Charles F. Hunt has been involved in real estate for his entire life. Charlie’s great-grandfather founded HUNT Real Estate Corp. in 1911 in Buffalo, NY, primarily as a business brokerage and commercial real estate brokerage. Hunt’s current roles with the organization include Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and Director of Corporate Relations. Hunt is also involved in the local and state real estate community serving on the New York State Multiple Listing Service Board of Directors, as a Director and Secretary for the Upstate New York Real Estate Information Service, Buffalo Niagara Association of Realtors, Greater Rochester Association of Realtors and Greater Syracuse Association of Realtors.
Christina is Vice President of The Keyes Company. Since joining The Keyes Company in 2011, Christina has annually doubled her year-over-year sales performance. Her impact on the firm includes creating a course on leveraging social media for business and taking control of Keyes Next Gen – a program that develops younger realtors. Christina holds a number of leadership positions including Residential President for the MIAMI Association of Realtors and Global Business Council Vice Chair for Florida Realtors.
Craig is President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of The Realty Alliance. Dan is EVP of Administration at Howard Hanna Real Estate Services. A licensed attorney in the state of Ohio, Dan has been in real estate for nearly a quarter of a century. His deep proficiency includes experience in real executive management, as a title insurance agency operator and minority owner, legal counsel, and Certified Public Accountant.
Dave is the President and Chief Executive Officer of MLSListings and has been in that role since 2020. Prior to joining the MLSListings leadership team in 2015, Dave made his mark as a Silicon Valley software and technology executive, with companies such as IBM, Siemens, and Cisco Systems, in positions spanning Product Management, Marketing, Software Architecture, and Software Development. Most recently, Dave added the prestigious CMLX3 (Certified Multiple Listings Expert) designation, which is the most comprehensive MLS industry leadership program ever offered and is reserved for those ready to make a lasting contribution to the marketplace.
Lacey is the President of Latter & Blum Inc., the largest independently owned real estate brokerage in the Gulf South with 25 offices located throughout Louisiana, Texas, and Southern Mississippi. She has been active in residential real estate sales and broker management for more than fifteen years and oversees all company operations, strategic planning, and general management. Lacey holds an undergraduate degree from Boston University, an MBA from the University of New Orleans, and is a CCIM. She serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of Latter & Blum, Inc. and serves on the board of United Way Southeast Louisiana and Greater New Orleans, Inc.
Michael Barbaro is founder and CEO of Redwith Inc. and its subsidiary companies, including Redwith Real Estate, a technology-driven, impact-focused real estate brokerage and Redwith Technologies, a B2B & B2C (SaaS) software development company with a primary concentration in the ReTech and FinTech verticals. Barbaro also remains at the helm and CEO of his flagship firm, the philanthropically inspired Huntsman, Meade & Partners Compass Realty Corporation, a residential and commercial real estate brokerage which he founded in 2008 and Omni Consulting, a strategic consulting firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions, crisis mitigation and litigation consulting launched in 1999.

OB brings a second generation of leadership to Windermere Real Estate which was founded by his father, John Jacobi, in Seattle in 1972. As president, OB has helped facilitate Windermere’s growth into the largest regional real estate company in the Western United States with more than 6,500 agents and 300 offices in 10 states and Mexico. In addition to guiding business strategies for the Windermere network, OB oversees operations for six family-owned Windermere offices. He also serves on the board of the Windermere Foundation, which has provided over $43 million in funding to non-profit organizations that support low-income and homeless children and their families.
Rebecca is president and CEO of MRED, which has grown to serve more than 47,000 real estate professionals. She is the board chair of the MLS Grid, a national MLS data initiative which serves 12 MLSs and board chair for the nonprofit Real Estate Standards Organization. She serves on the boards of the Broker Public Portal and the MLS Roundtable, and has served on the boards of the Council of Multiple Listing Services and the California Regional MLS. Rebecca holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and a master’s degree in business administration/technology commercialization from Westminster College.
RJ Long is the Managing Partner of Real Properties Group and its Coldwell Banker franchises, the 7th largest Coldwell Banker franchise in the US by units. RJ is a strong advocate for quality and providing value in the real estate industry. Over the years he has held several NYS leadership positions, as well as serving on several industry Board of Directors in various capacities. In addition, his experience has included investment sales, government consultation, asset management, commercial real estate development and he is currently serving on the Executive Committee of the Make-A-Wish NENY Board of Trustees, helping to spearhead its mission of creating life-changing wishes for children battling critical illnesses.
As CEO of MIBOR REALTOR® Association and the Broker Listing Cooperative®, in 2017, Shelley brought her desire to build and foster strong relationships and her dedication to a culture of excellence to complement MIBOR’s strong tradition of community involvement. MIBOR, the professional association representing central Indiana’s REALTORS, was founded in 1912 and today serves the needs of more than 8,500 members. Shelley was the 2015 President of the Council of Multiple Listing Services and began her career in the real estate industry in 1994 with the Reno/Sparks Association of REALTORS®. She went on to lead the Northern Nevada Regional MLS as CEO from 2008 to 2017. Born and raised in Reno, Nevada, Shelley earned her degree from the University of Nevada.
