The Broker Public Portal is pleased to announce that Homesnap Pro is now available to more than 1,000,000 agents (more than 80% of REALTORS in the U.S.). Since the launch of the Broker Public Portal in 2017, Homesnap has quickly emerged as the top rated app for agents and consumers across the country (4.8 out of 5 stars in the App Store) and is available in more than 200 MLS markets.

NAR Midyear Trade Show and Party
Homesnap is grateful to all of our supporters, MLS and industry partners, employees, friends and family for making this year’s NAR Mid-year Expo and cocktail party an event to remember. The party was a blast, and Homesnap certainly made its presence felt in the Expo with a brand new Homesnap exhibit, a spacious training area and a meeting suite specifically for brokers and MLSs.
The BPP has proven to be one of real estate’s most successful industry initiatives. In a recent article, Kevin Hawkins of the WAV Group wrote that “the Homesnap booth stood as a testament to its pervasiveness. Never before have MLSs and brokerage firms collaborated on re-imagining a fundamental building block of the industry. The collaboration and unification of our industry around a central idea is powerful, and the execution has been better than anyone imagined.”

What’s New with Homesnap?
Homesnap has rolled out the Listing Management Center which will make broker and agent listings even more prominent in the app and on the web. The Listing Management Center engages the listing broker/agent by creating an enhanced listing management experience. It provides easy access to our most important tools and is a home for all future functionality, including metrics reporting, which will launch later this year.
