500% Increase in Leads — Facebook Marketplace Case Study Shows Amazing Result

A few months ago, Homesnap partnered with Facebook Marketplace to make it simple —and free—for agents to showcase homes for rent on Facebook Marketplace and receive exclusive leads, and the results are in. So far, Facebook Marketplace has sent over 56,000 leads on rentals via Homesnap to agents, a 500%+ increase in leads in launched markets.

Homesnap is now working with MLS partners across the country — on an opt-out or opt-in basis— to offer this exciting, free program for all rentals. 22 MLSs have launched, with many more in queue. Flyer here.

The BPP Grows in Texas
Since the BPP announced its Small Market Offer this summer, over 20 MLSs have joined, including Rio Grande Valley MLS and South Padre Island MLS in Texas, expanding Homesnap’s footprint to 6 MLS partners in the Lone Star State.
