Strengthening Industry Alignment
Since its founding, Broker Public Portal has operated on a simple but powerful premise: when brokers and MLSs collaborate, consumers benefit.
As conversations around AI, listing data, syndication, and data ownership continue to evolve, industry stewardship of property data has never been more important. The Broker Public Portal model ensures that listings are displayed according to the Fair Display Guidelines and that consumers have access to information that is accurate, timely, and responsibly sourced.
The 2026 Board will guide strategic priorities that expand national collaboration, strengthen broker and MLS participation, and support continued growth of Cribio, the organization’s consumer-facing platform.
Building for the Future of Home Search
“Our mission hasn’t changed,” Troup added. “Consumers deserve a home search experience built on accuracy, transparency, and direct-from-the-source data. The work we’re doing in 2026 builds on more than a decade of collaboration. And we’re just getting started.”
Home search is foundational to the real estate transaction. It is where consumers form impressions, evaluate options, and begin relationships with real estate professionals.
Broker Public Portal remains committed to ensuring that this experience reflects the values of the industry itself: transparency, professionalism, and trust.
The 2026 Board of Managers represents leaders who understand that responsibility and are committed to advancing an industry-led national solution.
The work continues.
