Pat has more than 20 years of real estate sales and leadership experience in the greater Sacramento area. As President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Lyon Real Estate, Pat’s strong leadership skills turn long-term goals into solid action plans and ensure that the entire leadership team remains focused on results. Pat previously served as Managing Director and President of Mason-McDuffie, one of the largest brokerages in California. In 2017, he was elected to serve on the Board of Directors of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® (LeadingRE).
Rebecca is president and CEO of MRED, which has grown to serve more than 47,000 real estate professionals. She is the board chair of the MLS Grid, a national MLS data initiative which serves 12 MLSs and board chair for the nonprofit Real Estate Standards Organization. She serves on the boards of the Broker Public Portal and the MLS Roundtable, and has served on the boards of the Council of Multiple Listing Services and the California Regional MLS. Rebecca holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and a master’s degree in business administration/technology commercialization from Westminster College.

Dana is the chief administrative officer of HomeServices of America and has been in that role since 2016. Prior to his role as CAO, Dana was HomeServices’ general counsel providing legal advice and guidance to the company from its inception in 1998. Dana was corporate counsel for Edina Realty in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he spent seven years guiding its brokerage, mortgage, title and escrow and insurance businesses prior to his promotion to HomeServices’ general counsel.
Alon is a serial entrepreneur, long time industry tech executive and thought leader. Alon most recently served as the Chief Information Officer at HomeServices of America, following highly successful exits as Trulia’s Vice President of Industry Services and iHomefinder’s Chief Executive Officer. Named in the Swanepoel Power 200 report since 2018 as one of the most powerful people in real estate, she serves on the MLS Roundtable, realtor.com MLS Advisory Board and is the corporate secretary for the MLS Grid. She previously served on the Council of MLSs Board of Directors, and represented large regional MLSs on the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) Board of Directors and its MLS Executive Advisory Group. Charles F. Hunt has been involved in real estate for his entire life. Charlie’s great-grandfather founded HUNT Real Estate Corp. in 1911 in Buffalo, NY, primarily as a business brokerage and commercial real estate brokerage. Hunt’s current roles with the organization include Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and Director of Corporate Relations. M.E. Cook serves as Broker of Record for the original Keller Williams office in Austin, TX . Her previous experience includes a twenty year history as Associate Director and Asset Manager for large institutions: buying, selling, developing, and exchanging both commercial and real estate assets. OB brings a second generation of leadership to Windermere Real Estate which was founded by his father, John Jacobi, in Seattle in 1972. Shelley was the 2015 President of the Council of Multiple Listing Services and began her career in the real estate industry in 1994 with the Reno/Sparks Association of REALTORS®. She went on to lead the Northern Nevada Regional MLS as CEO from 2008 to 2017. Born and raised in Reno, Nevada, Shelley earned her degree from the University of Nevada.
