Alon Chaver

Alon is a serial entrepreneur, long time industry tech executive and thought leader. Alon most recently served as the Chief Information Officer at HomeServices of America, following highly successful exits as Trulia’s Vice President of Industry Services and iHomefinder’s Chief Executive Officer. As an online real estate pioneer, Alon developed software solutions and data services for agents, brokerages, and MLSs, along with online products helping consumers achieve the dream of home ownership. Alon has served as a Director and VIce Chairman of the Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO), a Manager on the Board of Managers at Midwest Real Estate Data (MRED), and a variety of technology companies as a board member, advisor, and investor.

Craig McClelland

Craig is Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers, which has 26 locations and more than 2,000 real estate agents serving the Greater Atlanta area. He joined the company in 2008 as Director of Strategic Growth and was named COO in 2013. Today Craig also serves as an investor and advisor to the technology company Brytecore.

Dan Riley

Dan is Executive Vice President (EVP) of Administration at Howard Hanna Real Estate Services. He handles all company-wide contracting as well as oversees syndication relationships, and is responsible for managing the firm’s implementation team for company-wide initiatives. Before joining Howard Hanna, Dan was EVP at Real Living Realty One, President and Minority Owner of Real Living Title Agency, Vice President (VP) of Relocation at Realty One and President of Dolores C. Knowlton Realtors. Dan has been in real estate for nearly a quarter of a century and is a stalwart industry veteran. 

Gayle Weiswasser

Gayle is Senior Vice President (SVP) of Business Development & Communications at Homesnap. She manages corporate communications and industry business development for Homesnap, including MLS and Broker Public Portal partnerships. Prior to joining Homesnap, Gayle built and managed the in-house social media team at Discovery Communications. She also previously managed social media strategy for a variety of corporate and entertainment clients at DC-based crisis communications firm, The McGinn Group. Gayle holds a B.A. from Brown University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.

John Mazur HomesnapJohn Mazur

John is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Homesnap. Under John’s leadership, Homesnap is changing the way real estate agents connect with consumers and serve their clients. John brings decades of experience in starting and scaling businesses in the technology space. He previously served as the Founder & CEO of ReachLocal Europe where he grew the business from one to over 500 employees, generating $100 million in revenue. Earlier in his career, John held various positions including Chief Revenue Officer at Belly Inc., Executive Vice President (EVP) of IDT Capital, and Vice President (VP) of Interactive Marketing at AOL Inc. John was previously named a Tech Titan by Washingtonian Magazine and in 2020 was appointed to the Swanepoel Power 200 List (SP200) and also named a Real Estate Newsmaker by RISMedia as well as an Entrepreneur of the Year Mid-Atlantic Award finalist by Ernst & Young LLP (EY US). 

Rebecca Jensen

Rebecca is the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Midwest Real Estate Data (MRED), the real estate data aggregator and distributor providing the Chicagoland multiple listing service (MLS) to over 45,000 subscribers. Rebecca has worked in the MLS industry since 1998, and has spent over a decade as an MLS CEO. She serves on the Council of MLSs and is the Board Chair of The MLS Grid. Additionally, she serves on committees for The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), Illinois Realtors, COVE MLS Group and UpstreamRE.

Steve Barnes

Steve is Co-Founder & President of Homesnap. He oversees Homesnap’s industry relations, MLS operations and business development, as well as corporate legal matters. Steve brings two decades of leadership experience to Homesnap and has been involved in thousands of real estate transactions from all angles: brokerage, mortgage and settlement. In 2003, Steve founded Flex Funding, a mortgage company operating throughout the Mid-Atlantic. He also co-founded ClosingQuotes.com, the first online marketplace for real estate closings in the United States. In 2017, Steve played an instrumental role in negotiating the partnership between Homesnap and the Broker Public Portal, and was previously named a Real Estate Newsmaker by RISMedia.
