And The Chicago Tribune recently wrote an article about real estate search, contrasting Homesnap and the large national portals. The article states, “Apps like Zillow serve up sexy photos but lack important details. What homebuyers see is not exactly what they get.”

What’s New at Homesnap?
Introducing Google My Business Profiles with Homesnap Pro+, a tool that helps real estate agents set up and manage their Google My Business Profile, a task that has often been challenging for agents.
Why is a Google business profile so important to agents?
Prospects will Google them, and only 1 out of 10 agents have a highly visible, verified Google business profile. Even if a prospect gets an agent’s name by referral, they’ll search to confirm that the agent is reputable. In fact, customers are 3x more likely to consider a business reputable if they have a verified and complete Google business profile.
