elevateMLS has launched elevateMLS.com, an MLS-owned consumer home search site for the greater Colorado Springs area, as part of Broker Public Portal’s national Cribio network. The hub-and-spoke model allows participating MLSs to retain control of their brands, data and consumer relationships while gaining broader exposure through Cribio.com and other partner sites. Consumers receive timely, source-level listing information and can connect directly with listing agents rather than advertisers or lead buyers, while local features—including an agent directory and Military Relocation Professional filter—help match buyers with qualified professionals. By combining local MLS expertise with shared national technology governed by brokers and MLSs, the network aims to provide an industry-owned alternative to advertising-driven real estate portals.
